YOYO (M) Battery Safety Recall Information

Cambridge Audio has initiated a voluntary global safety recall for all Yoyo (M) speakers due to a battery defect that may cause overheating and pose a fire risk. As the authorized US distributor, Fidelity is supporting customers by answering questions and helping them navigate the recall, but the refund and verification process is handled directly by Cambridge Audio. Customers should stop using the product immediately, keep it unplugged, and complete Cambridge’s official US Assessment Form to begin the recall process. Cambridge will review each submission, determine eligibility, and issue refunds—either the original purchase price with proof of purchase or $218 per pair without it—before providing instructions for safe disposal. Fidelity remains available to assist, but all recall actions must be processed through Cambridge Audio’s established procedure.
