Does the Cambridge Audio warranty apply to purchases made through Amazon or other third‑party retailers?

If purchased through Amazon or eBay, the item must be sold and shipped by an authorized retailer.

"Amazon" is also an authorized dealer in many cases - however, not all units sold “by Amazon” may not be covered, as Amazon sometimes resells returned or used items not approved by Fidelity Imports.

If you have any questions about this, please contact us and send the listing or proof of purchase in question for confirmation.

Unauthorized retailer purchases:

Units purchased from sellers who are not authorized may not qualify for warranty coverage.

Incomplete or invalid documentation:

Warranty coverage—including shipping—requires valid proof of purchase and a verifiable serial number.
If these cannot be provided, the claim may be denied, and shipping would not be covered for services.

In all cases, our support team will review the situation and clearly communicate whether shipping coverage applies before any RMA is initiated.
