Under normal circumstances, all shipping costs associated with warranty RMA services are fully covered by Fidelity Imports. This includes the cost of sending the unit to our repair center and returning it to you once service is complete.
However, there are a few situations where shipping coverage may not apply:
Out‑of‑warranty units:
If the product is outside its warranty period, shipping costs may become the customer’s responsibility.
Unauthorized retailer purchases:
Units purchased from sellers who are not authorized (including items sold “by Amazon” or marketplace listings from third‑party sellers) may not qualify for warranty coverage. In these cases, shipping would not be covered.
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling:
If the issue is determined to be the result of accidental damage, misuse, or conditions not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, shipping costs may not be included.
Incomplete or invalid documentation:
Warranty coverage—including shipping—requires valid proof of purchase and a verifiable serial number. If these cannot be provided, the claim may be denied, and shipping would not be covered.
In all cases, our support team will review the situation and clearly communicate whether shipping coverage applies before any RMA is initiated.
